If you are worried about your card not arriving in time - which is a possibility in these uncertain times, this option allows you to receive a photo (or three) which you can show to your recipient in the unfortunate event that your card is late.

Shipping Information

Complimentary Australia Wide Shipping is included for orders over $150:

Simply select complimentary delivery at the checkout.

For orders under $150, delivery costs are calculated at the checkout, or you can estimate shipping costs from the cart.

Australia - NSW - up to 4 business days

Australia - interstate - up to 8 business days on average for major cities - up to 10 or more business days for more remote areas like Darwin and parts of Western Australia

Express Shipping

Express Shipping options are also available and calculated at the checkout, or you can estimate shipping costs from the cart.

Australia Post time frames are subject to change based on the current Impacts on their delivery systems. There is NO guaranteed next day delivery at present. 

Current express delivery estimates are:

Australia NSW - up to 2 business days

Australia interstate - 2-3 business days on average for major cities - up to 6 business days for more remote areas like Darwin and parts of Western Australia

Express Post Prices for cards range from

DL $8.55   (Small and DL cards)

C5 $8.85    (Standard and Large cards)

B4 $10.50    (if size exceeds C5 - this may include some large, unusually shaped, or heavily embellished)

Express Post Prices for parcels

Prices are calculated at the check out or you can estimate shipping costs from the cart. Express post parcel prices start from $14.10

 

International Shipping

International Shipping options are also available and calculated at the checkout.

You will need to place individual orders and checkout for each separate address.

Special Requests

If you have a special request to make in regards to your purchase you can let us know in the checkout process:

Some of our requests include:

  • Changing the colour of an embellishment
  • Removing an unwanted embellishment or sentiment
  • Delaying postage - (Consider ordering a "DO NOT OPEN" note as current postage issues mean you may be better off posting earlier than anticipated)

 

Tell Them Not To Open Until

What ever the case you may find yourself in need of a "Do Not Open Until" note at some stage...

You might be sending a couple of cards together to the same recipient for different occasions - It might be their birthday a few days before or after Father's Day, or their birthday could fall straight after New Year.

Select your card/s and gift/s and then buy a "Do NOT Open Until" note - you can put in the date/time and specify which recipient card or gift it is to be applied to.

We are committed to providing a high quality product and will do our best to deliver. Unfortunately there are some circumstances that we can’t control.

If there are:

  • Late arrivals of parcels/cards – this is one of the reasons we make it optional for you to receive an emailed image ahead of time. It is no substitute for the real item, however a photo of the finished product emailed to the address of your choice is your way of letting your recipient know that something special is on the way
  • spelling, punctuation, or errors in grammar in our customisable fields. What we might consider a spelling mistake or grammatical error quite often turns out to be intended, so for this reason our policy is to leave all customised fields as they are entered
  • Low resolution images or low quality but high-resolution images
  • Change of mind

 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, please contact us to see how we can help.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Where possible it must also be in the original packaging.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and be in touch to see how we can remedy the situation - whether we refund or replace - up to you.

If you choose a refund it will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If you choose to have a replacement, it will be shipped out to you. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Carefully Packed

    To arrive safely in you or your recipients hands, we wrap our envelopes or presentation folders in tissue paper.

    Wrapped cards are packed in rigid mailers, card boxes or in our boxes for shipping.

    Intended To Be Kept

    We treat every card as if it will be kept forever, and we use premium lignen free, acid free card stock and acid free glues that resist yellowing.

    We don't seal envelopes, instead we place a feather sticker to act as a closure.
