We want you and your recipient to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not please contact us to see how we can help at sales@angelicthoughts.com.au .
We are committed to providing a high quality product and will do our best to deliver. Unfortunately there are some circumstances that we can’t control.
If there are:
- Late arrivals of parcels/cards – this is one of the reasons we make it optional for you to receive an emailed image ahead of time. It is no substitute for the real item, however a photo of the finished product emailed to the address of your choice is your way of letting your recipient know that something special is on the way
- spelling, punctuation, or errors in grammar in our customisable fields. What we might consider a spelling mistake or grammatical error quite often turns out to be intended, so for this reason our policy is to leave all customised fields as they are entered
- Low resolution images or low quality but high-resolution images
- Change of mind
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, please contact us to see how we can help.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Where possible it must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and be in touch to see how we can remedy the situation - whether we refund or replace - up to you.
If you choose a refund it will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If you choose to have a replacement, it will be shipped out to you. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
